Greetings!!

This letter is to inform that Ms. Era Gem Beltejar is not balance in her Cash on Hand
to her Expenses liquidated.
That Ms. Beltejar is the one who is in-charge of the Petty Cash Fund of MGY
Equipment Rental and Services,
That she is responsible in checking the Official Receipts liquidated by the drivers,
That there are several times we check/cash count her cash on hand and it is not
balance to the expenses liquidated.
That upon checking her expenses she is not aware of the data input on her
monitoring excel file, there are not discrepancies.
Attached herewith is my cash count.
