40,000 kms., 60,000 kms., 80,000 kms.

1. Change engine oil and oil filter.

2. Check/adjust the basic idling speed and CO concentration
3. Replace fuel filter
4. Check the drive shaft boots for damages
5. Check the steering linkage for damages and loose connections
6. Check the gear oil level in manual transmission
7. Check the gear oil in front and rear axles
8. Tightening under- chassis bolts/nuts
9. Lubricate suspension arm, steering linkage and propeller shaft with grease fitting
10. Change automatic transmission fluid (ATF) for 40K & 80K
11. Flushing radiator coolant
12. Change brake/clutch and power steering fluids
13. Wheel balancing, if necessary
14. Check wheel alignment
15. Replace timing belts at 80,000 kms.
