CLONING

WHAT IS IT?
Cloning is a Process that scientists use to make exact genetic copies of living things.
Genes, cells, tissues, and even whole animals through nonsexual means.
It is planted by the knowledge about how is it transmitted or expressed the genetic
information in human beings
in cloning cells from two clones have the same DNA and the same genes in their
nucleus

WHY IS CLONING IMPORTANT?

Cloning is important for many reasons, for example it helps to create advances in
medicine, to produce livestock faster, improving crops and for the use by police.

ADVANTAGES IN MEDICINE
Cloning can be seen as important in making stem cells.
In medicine cloning is used to find out about many genes that cause diseases, and
to investigate how these diseases progress to find a cure.
By using cloning a person is able to find out if he or she has inherited a gene on a
chromosome from an affected parent by a procedure called genetic screening.

IMPROVING CROPS:
Cloning can make plants resistant to herbicides, pest damage, infections and
diseases improving the quality of the crops that we eat.
Cloned plants such as wheat, rice, maize, soybean, potato and others are already
produced and have already been introduced into agriculture.

CONSEQUENCES:

One contra effect is that in some really specific cases diseases can be developed
