Topic: Pricing & Revenue management using Demand forecasting

Description:

We are planning to do demand forecasting in our project using techniques taught during lectures
like Arima, Exponential Smoothing, Holt winter. Along with it, we are planning to use the external
variables in forecasting using the ARIMAX technique. Using all techniques, we would decide best
technique based on error metric. Using the selected technique, we forecast for future period.

After Forecasting the demand Revenue Management Division decides the capacities to be allocated
and sold to each consumer segment to maximize the revenue.
