SAFETY ADVISORY

All Personnel Entering HPI Sites to present proof of Vaccination

Date: February 07, 2022 Advisory No.: 01_2022

To enhance our continuing effort to prevent further spread of the virus particularly the more
dominant and highly transmissible Omicron variant, and to reinforce the previous Safety
Advisory No. 13;

HPI will implement the following requirement starting February 14, 2022

● All vaccine eligible personnel including transporters, customers, suppliers and visitors
entering HPI sites will be required to show their vaccination cards to gain access to our
sites.
● Personnel who remain to be unvaccinated or partially vaccinated must present a
negative RT-PCR test result (valid for 2 weeks from the date of sample collection) before
they will be allowed entry.
○ Employees must submit a medical clearance issued by a government health
office, or other valid proof, as the case may be, of ineligibility for vaccination.

Note: This advisory compliments and reinforces the Safety Advisory No: 13_2021 Vaccination of
Employees Doing Onsite Work
