This is to certify that Mr. Chandrakant Shaligram Sapkale, S/O. Shri. Shaligram Daulat Sapkal
with PAN AWGPS7736R, residing at: 401, Ekvira Darshan Co. Op. Ho. Soc., Abhinav Chowk,
Near Parsik Bank Kharigaon, Pakhadi Kalwa, Kalwa Thane, Maharashtra 400605 is hereby
authorized to represent Shanti Samaj Sevi Samiti for negotiating and submitting
necessary self-signed documents to the genuine Donor/Funding Agency, concerned
government authorities, Reserve Bank of India in connection with bringing
funds/donation/grants in aid for Social, Charitable, Activity only under section 35AC, 80G,
FCRA.

He is further authorized to discuss, negotiate terms and conditions for our organization
and to collect any information in this regard from the office of the mandate in respect of
the availability of the funds and all other clearness from the Government of India to verify
the genuineness of the funds that are clean, clear and non-criminal in origin and also
receive any concerned document from the donor on behalf of Shanti Samaj Sevi Samiti
for the benefit of the V.O. only.

Note: This authorization letter is valid for 3 months from the date it is issued. The details
