Thursday 19th May Visitors arrive in Bolton

Friday 20th May 9:15am Coach to collect visitors from hotel and bring to Eatock School
School Based 9:30am Welcome meeting in the Training Room
10:00am Welcome Ceremony
10:45am Refreshments
11:00am Tour of School
12:00pm Lunch at school
1.00-4:00 Visiting children - Outdoor Learning in the Wildlife Area
pm Please ensure the children come in trainers or other suitable footwear as they will be spending
time in the school woodland.
Students from the Greek school will participate in the activities via a teleconference.
Co-ordinators to meet in the training room.
Visitors to return to their hotel
4:00pm Coach will collect you from school

Heritage Site 10am Water sports on Lake Windermere – Kayaking, Paddle Boarding and Canoeing
Wetsuits and life jackets will be provided. Instructors to supervise group. Please ensure to bring your

12pm BBQ lunch by Lake Windermere
2pm Arrive in Ambleside
Short walk to Stock Ghyll Force Waterfalls
Please ensure you bring suitable footwear for the walk.
4pm Explore Ambleside town centre
5pm Dinner at restaurant (The Waterhead Inn)
6.30pm Coach back to hotel

Tuesday 24th May 8.45am Coach to collect visitors from hotel and bring to Eatock School
09:15am- Children and teachers to go into KS2 classes for lessons
European Day in 12:00pm Students from the Greek school will participate in the activities via a teleconference.
School 12:00pm Lunch at school
1:30pm Queen’s Jubilee celebrations outside
Queen’s Jubilee 2:30pm Farewell speech to visitors and tree planting
