REGISTRATION AND ASSOCIATION GUIDE

Registration Guide
1. Go to Huawei Enterprise Product & Service Support - Huawei, then click on the top right
hand corner “log in”

2. Click on “Register” at the bottom left

3. Registration can either be by email or phone number (fill in correct details). You will
receive an e-mail or SMS to activate your account (depending on how you choose to
register).
4. Agree to all terms and conditions
(You will receive a congratulations message on your screen showing registration has been
approved)
You can log in to Huawei's official website

Association Guide
1. Go to Huawei Enterprise Product & Service Support - Huawei, then click on the top right
hand corner “log in” and log in with registered account
 2. Sign or log in with your user ID/email and password

3. After registration at the top right, click on “My Huawei”, then the page below appears.

4. Click on “ my Permissions”
5. Click on “Associate” fill all the slots, personal information, associate your company and
apply permission
Note: you would have to complete one stage before you are able to move on to the
next.
 Input your company ID and search (if you do not know, kindly send us an email so we can
provide the accurate ID).

Select your company after the search and click next

Select the role that applies to you

6. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and then click submit. Inform your Administrator to
approve your application
Congratulations.
