Selection Y Screen the working process of new recruits to see if they are suitable
for working with new technologies.
Training and Y Train new technologies and skills for the existing employees,
development communicate to new ones about the company’s working cultures and
other necessary things.
Performance Y Change evaluation criteria to fit with new tasks.
