Annexure-I

SOP FOR ORAL/PRIVATE PARTITION

Citizens shall apply on an online portal created for inviting applications for
the purpose of Oral/Private partition. While applying applicant shall be
required to furnish the following details.
) Name
) Father/Flusband Name
) Name of the Village
) Name of Sub-Tehsil/Tehsil
) Name of District
) Khata and Khewat No.
> A simple application along with memorandum of proposed partition
and with field map depicting portioned parcels of land duly signed by
all share holders to be uploaded on portal.

After it has been processed by the concerned Circle Revenue Officer to

Kanugo in charge and then to the concerned Patwari, Patwari after veriffing
all the facts of the memorandum with the Revenue record shall then call the
parties to be present personally for the official formalities and to initiate the
mutation proceedings.

After entering the mutation, the Patwari concerned shall present it to the
Kanugo concerned for verification and finally before the concerned CRO
(Assistant Collector Grade-II) for the final orders (sanction/rejection).

After due attestation of the mutation or rejection of request/application a

brief order is required to be entered on the portal against each application.
