Each participant should submit one (1) entry only. It must be either in English or Filipino. Entry must be accompanied by letter explaining the meaning of the slogan. Number of words must not exceed 12-15 (to be placed in one whole cartolina/may use markers/watercolor/Crayola, etc.) 6. Contestant must register and submit entries to ICC Office from 8:00AM- 3:00PM.
