SUBJECT: Math-Science Month Celebration Letter of Proposal

Greetings!
The month of September is also set by the Department of Education as a month to celebrate
Math and Science. This year’s theme is “Expanding the Horizon: Futures of STEM”.
I, Ellaiza Torayno on behalf of the MGS – Supreme Student Government Officers is writing
this letter to propose to let us set an activity pertaining to this month celebration. We are
planning that we will have a series of activities every Fridays of the rest of the month.
We promise that this activity will not be a hindrance to our studies, and assure you to
maintain discipline and still learning with the activities.
