This is to confirm that we have authorized MOE THIT YAN CO. LTD., approved by the Ministry
of Labor, Government of Myanmar, Office Address No. 154 , 3rd Floor, U Chit Mg Road, Sa
Yar San (North/East) Ward, Bahan Township, Yangon, Myanmar to recruit the following
categories of Myanmar Nationals on our behalf for employment with P S RESOURCES (S) PTE
LTD.

Our recruitment terms and conditions are as follows:

2. Job Category: Construction workers
3. Gender: Male
4. Age: Below 40
5. Salary: Starting from $20/day and above
6. Working days and hours: Monday to Saturday / 8 hrs per day / 44 hrs per week
7. Spoken language: English
8. Annual leave and Public holiday: As per Singapore Employment Act
9. Overtime: The employee shall be paid the overtime (OT) for work beyond 8 hours in a
day at a rate of 1.5 times, and 2 times for Sunday and Public Holiday if requested to
work by company.
10. Accommodation: Provided by employer
11. Transportation: Provided by employer
12. Insurance: Medical and workmen compensation provided by employer as per Singapore
Employment Act
13. Contract period: 1 year and renewable
