Power of Attorney

P S RESOURCES (S) PTE LTD hereby appoint and authorise HTET MANN SERVICES CO. LTD., a
Recruitment Agency (Recruiting License No. 148/2012) as approved by the Ministry of Labour,
Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Office Address: No.(573), Thamine 6th Street, (1) Quarter,
Mayangone Township, Yangon, Myanmar, as our Attorney-in-Fact and recruitment agency in
Myanmar to act on our behalf only on the following matters, hereinafter as mentioned below:

1. To recruit and supply __6__ suitable male Myanmar nationals for P S RESOURCES (S)
PTE LTD based on the various trade requirements, terms and conditions as stipulated in
the Employment Contract
2. To obtain necessary clearances/approval from the Myanmar Labour Ministry,
Government Departments and all relevant Authorities for the issuance of OWIC.
3. To arrange medical examination arrangement in Yangon, Myanmar, and if necessary,
facilitate interview.
4. To arrange Immigration Clearance for Air passage and all necessaries for the legitimate
and safe departure from Myanmar and entry into Singapore.

This Power of Attorney is limited to the requirement of the Demand Letter dated 07 April 2022
and expires upon the safe arrival of the __6__ workers to our work place in Singapore.

This Power of attorney is non-transferable and irrevocable.
