What culture is suitable for Padjadjaran University

● What type of culture is suitable in a university like UNPAD? Start up? Perusahaan gas?

Based on my understanding, it is most appropriate for UNPAD to have a strict culture like
the Bank. The reason for this is that the management structure of UNPAD is most likely
filled with older people than the young. In short, it’s not really suitable for management to
have a high-paced culture although the students are already prepared for this.

● What Strength of UNPAD in its culture?

UNPAD is blessed with high confidence. UNPAD believes in achieving world university
titles even though there is a lack in infrastructure, curriculum and teaching staff.

● What is the weakness of culture of UNPAD that you wish to change

I wish UNPAD could focus on building a better curriculum and infrastructure-library,

student center, so that students can study effectively and efficiently in UNPAD
neighborhood.
