Dear Mr. Turner,

Based our last conversation at my office earlier morning, i want to confirm the seminar which
will be held on Oct 5 until Oct 10, will be attended by approximately one thousand people.
Based on that, we require some of the things that you have to note to make this event
successfully.
We need 5 large rooms and 25 small rooms, inside the room must be provided by 5 computer
projection system, 5 microphone, 5 speakers, 10 slide projector, 10 overhead projector, 25
monitor/VCR, 5 podium, and 25 flipcharts. And please don’t forget to set up 10 rectangular table
that can seat 6 people in large room only.
Thank you for your attention, I think it’s enough for now, I will send you another details if we
need to add something to the seminar. I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon.
