GAD-SC-RULES-0008-2016-_771 /Gen GOVERNMENT OF ODISHA GENERAL ADMINISTRATION & PUBLIC GRIEVANCE DEPARTMENT anne NOTIFICATION Bhubaneswar Dated the 11 January,2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Odlsha is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Odisha Civil Service (Fixation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1989, namely: 1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Odisha Civil Service (Fixation of Upper Age Limit) Amendment Rules, 2022. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Odisha Gazette, 2.
