#3: Even though Mercury is closer to the sun, Venus is still hotter.
#4: A day on Venus is longer than a whole year!
#5: Venus is often called the earth’s twin, because it’s similar in size
and density.
#6: The distance from Venus to the Sun is 67 million miles!
#7: One year on Venus is 225 Earth days, but one DAY on Venus is 243
Earth days!
WARNING

The surface on Venus is VERY hot and dry, and people say
there are volcanoes in it! Venus is 900 degrees and can cook
30 pizzas in just seconds! Forty-two space missions have
gone to Venus. They sent some crafts to Venus and had to be
sent back because of how hot the place is.
So why visit?

Even though Venus is very hot and can, possibly melt you, you can just stay inside the Space Craft and
stay for about 30 seconds and explore by looking outside the window. And, maybe there might even be
aliens there… who knows? Could there be life there? You’ll never know unless you visit the planet
