REMOVING - REFITTING : BATTERY (STOLEN VEHICLE LOCATION CONTROL UNIT)

1. Preliminary operation
Remove : The stolen vehicle location control unit .

3. Removing

Remove the battery cover fixing screw (2) ; By means of a screwdriver.

Remove the battery cover (3).

Pull back the battery (4).

Release the cables from the plastic guide (at "a").


Disconnect the connector (at "b").
Remove the battery (4).

4. Refitting
Perform the operations in the reverse order of dismantling.
Tighten the battery cover screw to 0,4 m.daN.

5. Additional operation
Refit : The stolen vehicle location control unit .
