work routine robison friend I get up every day at 5
in the morning to do my exercises because I like
to do sports early and I also have my breakfast to
go to work that within 6 o'clock I am in charge of
security in the morning and in the afternoon I
have lunch and continue with my security work
until 7 at night and I work from Monday to
