The managers should conduct a SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and
Threats) in order to - make the best possible utilization of strengths, minimize the organizational
weaknesses, make use of arising opportunities from the business environment and shouldn’t
ignore the threats.
