1. What is meant by closing a sale?

A closing sale is the final step of a transaction and the process of making

sales. Also, it is significant for the salesman to choose the right words to

convince your customer to buy your product or service offered, and; you need to

have an appropriate timing to close a sale. For instance, the way you explain

briefly to your prospect what are the benefits of your product offer and when the

buyer is satisfied that appears to be ready to buy in that way it will be a great

deal to the salesman, and that's what you called a closing sale.

2. What are the prospect’s reasons for objections?

The reasons for objection are Negative psychological factors, to get rid of

a salesman, Lack of money, Product or service not needed, Need not

recognized, Desire for more information, Habit or custom, and Value not equal to

sacrifice.

3. How can a salesman distinguish a genuine objection from a false one?

As a salesman, you can distinguish a genuine objection from a false one

by knowing or asking your coworker or someone who has experience in terms of

sales.
4. Why closing the sale very important to a salesman?

For the salesman, closing the sale may mean important things since this is

the final step in the transaction. Here, it may test their ability to sell if they can secure

an order from the prospect and the income he receives based upon closed sales.
