Dear Honorable Mayor Robes:

Our institution provide access to efficient and interactive learning of students through meaningful educational
internship/on-the-job trainings/practicum as part of the program requirement embodied and approved curriculum. As
prescribed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the BS Hospitality Management students under the College
of Business Management shall be required to undergo and complete 200 hours on the job training as part of their
requirement in the subject Practicum 2: Practicum Work Integrated Learning Restaurant (200 hours) for this 1 st semester
of school year 2022-2023.

The Hospitality business is on its way to recovering, sustaining, and developing its service craft now that we have
effortlessly accepted the road of pandemic.

Thus, we request approval from your honorable office that our 4 th year BS Hospitality Management students be allowed
to undergo face to face off-campus restaurant training at SUKI - YA on ________________________________.

Please be advised that our students will only be assigned for the duration of the aforementioned practicum training.

The list of students with respective addresses who will undergo face to face on the job training is attached for reference.
