Short Answer (1 item x 10 points): Give one (1) tip for developing recipes and discuss how you can
apply this when you develop your recipe. Respond in no more than three (3) sentences. You will be
graded based on the following rubric:

To create the recipes correctly, a chef who memorizes all his recipes must perform all of the cooking
himself. If he does not put it into recipe form and distribute it to his team, he won't be able to gain
consistency from the other workers. The chef will struggle to maintain a favorable visitor experience
with his meals if he writes down all of his recipes on scraps of paper. A recipe can never be completely
accurate; therefore the kitchen staff will still need to learn how to tweak the seasoning and consistency
to the Chef's preferences. In this sense, a recipe serves as a roadmap, a way for the Chef to instruct his
team.
