Dear Year 6 Parents

I hope that this letter finds you well and safe. I am writing to you ahead of the Year 6 into 7 transition events that we are running in
the forthcoming weeks. As we welcome your child into our secondary school we aim to ensure that the transition process is
enjoyable and supportive.

For your information, I have attached the schedule of events below, but I would also like to highlight and invite you to attend our
Parent Information Webinar on Wednesday 26th May at 4:00pm, live on Microsoft Teams. This will be led by myself, Mr. Ian Plant
(Head of Secondary) and Ms. Rebecca Day (Head of Year 7 for the 2021/2022 academic year).

To attend, you will be required to create a Microsoft Teams account prior to the event. A meeting request link will then be sent out
at a later date that will enable you to join. Please do not worry if you cannot attend the live session; the meeting will be recorded
and sent out to all parents for your reference.

We look forward to welcoming you and your child into our secondary school, ensuring that the transition is seamless as your child
enters a new and exciting chapter of their school life.
