Dear Mr. A.T.Abishake

Subsequent to our discussion, we are glad to offer you the position of Asst
Manager Marketing in International School of Business and Media on the following
terms and conditions.

1. You will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs 17,000/- (Rupees Seventeen

Thousand only) per month. Rs 1000/- (One Thousand only) towards
conveyance. Rs.500/- (Five Hundred Rupees only) towards mobile charges
will be paid monthly.

2. During the tenure of service, either party can terminate the appointment by
giving one month notice or by paying one month salary in lieu thereof.

3. You will be working in corporate marketing team and will be responsible for
Promotional activities, Seminars, Workshops and entire Marketing roles.
Your job involves counseling the students and getting admissions for the
programs running under ISB & M Hyderabad.

4. You will report to the Director Bangalore.

5. You need to take prior approval of the Director/President before accepting

any work elsewhere, whether for honorarium or otherwise.

6. Traveling for the promotional activities and marketing activities will be the
part of your regular KRA.
 7. It is an express condition of this appointment that you will conduct yourself
in a manner becoming of your profession and the reputation of the Institute
with devotion, dedication and integrity.

8. You will retain confidentiality of records, information and other

communication during and after the tenure.

9. You will be bound by the rules, regulations and orders of the Institute as
prevailing now and as may be incorporated from time to time pertaining to
your appointment. These will also constitute a part of your contract.

10. Please report for duty latest by May 1st, 2010.

11. You are requested to return the duplicate copy of this appointment letter,
duly signed by you as a token of acceptance of the offer.
