Raul Sudio Caronongan

First and foremost, my heartfelt thank you to our Almighty God for giving
me strength, courage, unending graces to meet life challenges. With your
guidance Lord I can serve with integrity, honesty and commitment as public
servant.

The desire of every public servant is to deliver the basic services needed
to uplift of the constituents. As newly elected Punong Barangay it is my
commitment to serve our community to the best of my ability without any
reservations. The bold step has advanced our agenda towards a responsible,
honest, transparent, dependent and committed public servant.

My salute to the officials and members of the Rotary Club Metro Baguio,
Rotary International District 3790 – Cluster 1-C for honoring Punong Barangay
in the City of Baguio who have displayed exemplary performance and delivering
basic services to their respective constituents to insure us to serve with dignity.

To the Sangguniang Barangay Members, Barangay Staff, Volunteers,

Peoples Organization and all the Organization in the Barangay; “Thank You!”
with your full support, understanding and cooperation to achieve this award as
one of the Outstanding Punong Barangay.
