Subject: Backcharge Adjustments

Dear Sir:

In your letter, dated February 12, 2020, our company is being charged with a bunkhouse rental of TWENTY THOUSAND
PESOS (PhP 20,000.00) for the rental of a total area of 154.41 sqm. The power consumption of TWENTY TWO
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY THREE PESOS & 17/100 (PhP 22,493.17) and lastly a water consumption of
TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE PESOS & 76/100 (PhP 27,585.76), both charges billed for a
four month period. These charges were incurred during the period October 1, 2019 to January 31, 2019.

During this period, an area was temporarily allotted for TUGBO, another contractor of this project due to the constraints
in space allotment. The said company occupied a total area of 33.21 sqm TUGBO also consumed electricity and water
during the said period which was also included in our electric SUB-METER reading and Water Meter Reading.

In line with this, we would like to request an adjustment on our BILL. We would also like to recommend a computation
with an amount proportional to the occupied area of the Barracks and a computation of their Electric and Water bill
proportional to the manpower of our company to theirs. We have estimated that their manpower is one third of ours.

In addition to this, an incident that happened last February 13, 2020 took place. The In-house Electrician of EEI informed
TUGBO that their electric line is directly connected to the power source of our company. From then on, TUGBO installed
their own SUB-METER.

This occurrence only shows that TUGBO should be charged proportionally based from their Electric & Water
consumptions and Barracks rental.

We are hoping for your kind consideration regarding this matter, and we are looking forward to your just and
appropriate measures.

Respectfully,

Engr. Daryl T. Recio
