Instructions for First Year of Post SSC Diploma Technical Courses:

All the eligible Candidates who have submitted Application Form on or before 05-12-2020 and who have raised grievances during 8/12/2020 to 10/12/2020 are considered for Final
Merit List and assigned a Merit Number. The merit is prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate at qualifying examination and in case of tie as specified in sub-section
(3) of rule 8. [ ा उमेदवाराने क ीभूत वेश ि ये अंतगत वेश िमळ ासाठी िदनां क ०५-१२-२०२० िकंवा ा िदनां कापूव आवेदनप सादर केलेले आहे त व िदनां क ८/१२/२०२० ते १०/१२/२०२० या कालावधीत
त ार/हरकत नोंदिवली आहे अशा उमेदवारां ची नावे अंितम गुणव ा यादी तयार कर ासाठी िवचारात घे ात आलेली असून ां ना अहता परी ेतील गुणां ा आधारे िकंवा पोटिनयम (३) म े िविनिद केले ा
िनकषानुसार गुणानु म दे ात आला आहे .] .

Due to COVID-19 outbreak and present lockdown, and to curb its spread, the Competent Authority has prescribed the following methods for the activities post allotment: [कोिवड -१९ चा

Important Instructions for the Candidate:-

1. Check the Final Merit Status through candidate’s Login & Verify the correctness of the Final Merit Number .[उमेदवारां नी त: ा लॉग-इन मधून अंितम गुणव ा यादी िस झा ानंतर ाम े
त: ा नावाची खा ी क न ावी.]

2. Candidate shall ensure that the information shown on the Final Merit details of his/her claims related with Name, Qualifying Marks, category, gender, reservation, special
reservation made by himself/herself in the applications form are correct. [उमेदवारां नी ा ा/ ित ा लॉिगनमधून अंितम गुणव ा यादी म े दशिव ात आलेले नाव , पा ता गुण, वग, िलंग, आर ण,
त: न केलेले त: चे िवशेष आर ण यासंबंधीचे ाने/ितने केलेले दावे बरोबर आहे त याची खा ी क न घेणे आव क आहे .]

3. In later stage, if it is found that the seat allotted to the candidate on the false claims made in the application by the candidate, then such allotment/admission taken in the allotted
institute shall be cancelled automatically.[नंतर ा ट ात, उमेदवाराने अजात केले ा खो ा दा ां व न उमेदवाराला जागावाटप झालेले आहे असे आढळ ास, असे जागावाटप/जागावाटप केले ा सं थेत

4. The merit list gives the relative position of the candidate and it does not guarantee admission to any course/ institute.[गुणव ा यादीमुळे उमेदवाराचे सापे थान कळते आिण ते कोण ाही

5. In order to participate in the CAP (subject to fulfillment of the eligibility requirements of respective CAP round), it is MANDATORY to fill & Confirm the Online Option Form through

6. Candidates should not disclose their Application ID & Password to others to avoid impersonation. Competent Authority shall not be responsible for submissions done by others on
