In many nations, the number of citizens who became overweight has increased and their health

condition and fitness level are declining. In my understanding, unhealthy diets and sedentary working
styles are the main reasons why this problem occurs in our society.

For several reasons, the average body weight has been rising in several countries dramatically, and some
of them are known to have severe health issues. Nowadays, employees work nearly 8 hours a day from
morning until evening. They are also known to have a sedentary working style. Consequently, this can
cause some severe diseases such as spine slouch, cramps, and even spine nerve damage. In addition,
due to a lack of leisure time, the bad habits of eating junk food and fast food can cause malnourishment
and obesity.

Nevertheless, every problem must have a solution. To start with, corporates should start reducing work
hours for workers to keep them healthy. Moreover, they can conduct healthy life events and
movements to reduce unhealthy habits. Furthermore, companies should grant their employees more
holidays to keep them healthy physically and mentally. They can also provide healthy food at the
workplace and refreshment center such as spa, playground, etc
