    This addendum to the lease agreement between Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority Staff Pension Fund and Tafadzwa Mushonga updates the monthly rent for Shop 9A of Avonlea Shopping Centre. The new monthly rent of ZWL$5,049.80 plus 15% VAT of ZWL$757.47, for a total of ZWL$5,847.27. This updated rent amount will be payable until a new rental amount is agreed upon by both parties in writing. All other terms and conditions of the original lease agreement remain valid. The addendum was signed by representatives of both the landlord and tenant on 27 July 2019.
