DEED OF GIFT

THIS DEED of gift is made as on 8 th day of May, 1995 between

PRAKASHKUMAR CHANDULAL JAIN, Hindu inhabitant residing at 1029-
43, Kapdiya Mention, Shak Market, Ramnagar, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad –
380005. (hereinafter called the “donor”) of the ONE PART and MAFATLAL
BABULAL JAIN, Hindu inhabitant residing at 1029-43, Kapdiya Mention,
Shak Market, Ramnagar, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad – 380005. (hereinafter called
the” Donee”) of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS

(1) The Donor is in possession of Cash Balance of Rs. 5000/-

 (2) The donor is desirous of gifting the said amount of Rs. 5000/- to the
donee out of natural love and affection, for the purpose of creation of
Hindu Undivided Family of peru

The members of HUF at present are as under:

1. Mafatlal Babulal Jain
2. Sunita Mafatlal Jain
3. Rijal Mafatlal Jain
4. Rushil Mafatlal Jain

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. In consideration of his natural love and affection for the Donee, the
donor has gifted, the donee Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) in
Cash.
2. The Donee accepts the said Gift amount. Donee has received the
physical possession of the said money. Donor has no right on the
amount of gift and any accretion on the amount of gift after the date of
gift.

IN WITNESS WHERE OF, the donor has executed this deed of gift and be
delivered the same to the donee, who has executed the same in token of
acceptance thereof, the day and year first above written.
