institutional status of accreditation.
- Call for paper or not yet accredited
are usually free.
- Less status of accreditation is less
charges.
- International journal charges more.
 Conclusion
There is no best way on how to prepare a
journal. However, it needs: focus, patience,
more reading, and analytical skills.
