PROJECT WORK - I recommend …

Introduction:
Rosso: Good evening teacher and classmates, it's a pleasure to be here with
everyone present at the meeting . My name is Rosso Rosales. I am the team leader
and my teammates are: Pineda Utrilla, Piscoche Chinchay, Astudillo Alameda and
Ovidio Alejos.
Today, we’re going to present our project work. The objective of this work is to make a
sketch about a conversation between friends about technology and finance. Also
use the vocabulary and grammar learned in this cycle.

MARCELO: Hi guys! How are you? What about their lives? I am very happy to see you
again after so long time.
Ovidio: Hello guys! I am very happy to be able to go out and talk with you.
Piscoche: Equally. I was very bored at home, since I couldn't go out due to the pandemic.
Rosso: Hi guys, I'm in for the invite too. You all look great.
Astudillo: It's amazing to be able to see them again, it's something I've wanted for a
long time.

MARCELO: Of course. What did they do during the pandemic? Because at first I was
bored, but then I started playing a shooter game that you must have heard, which is
Valorant. It's really fun to play with friends.
It is a tactical shooting game, where the dynamics is a confrontation of 5 against 5.
The graphics are pleasing to the eye and you have the option to use a variety of
agents, who have unique abilities, which will help to achieve victory.
I recommend playing it because I think that it's a lot of fun and helps you cooperate
with your other teammates.

Ovidio: Sounds interesting, Marcelo! With the pandemic, we have all discovered new
ways of working, studying, even new forms of entertainment. Seeing it from that point
of view, each one of us has used everything necessary to cope with the terrible
situation we have experienced.

Piscoche: During the pandemic I couldn’t go out but I took advantage of the time to
play sports, study and play video games.
The video game I played most on the weekends was Counter Strike. The game is
fascinating and, while playing, you really feel like a soldier during the war. The
graphics are of very high quality.
The developers paid attention to every little detail. A lot of effort was put into making
every building, character, weapon and vehicle look realistic.This could be the game of
the year! I recommend it to all war game fans.

Rosso: Well, I play video games for smartphones, for example Mobile Legends and
Free Fire, these games I like because they are very collaborative to win we have to
work as a team. I rarely play video games for PC, the only one I play sometimes is
Genshin Impact because of the story, the characters and the music.
Astudillo: I don't even remember being locked up for long periods of time, it messed
up my habits, I was always bored and I tried to fix it with games and doing things that
would relax me from the stress I was going through.
That's why I recommend that if you are going through a stressful situation or
something that prevents you from being at peace, do something that distracts you or
that you are passionate about because it will help to release stress or any other type
of evil that binds us to be bad for a long time.

MARCELO: Well, the pandemic has made us change a lot, especially in the way we
carry out our activities. Therefore, each of us has had to innovate and even see forms
of entertainment, which make us forget the pandemic. Fortunately, the pandemic is
passing little by little, allowing us to be in this meeting.

Ovidio: …. very very good!!!!

Piscoche: There is no doubt that the pandemic has made us look at life differently.
Each of us has found a way to cope with this crisis. Ohh Guys, look at the time.... I
think it's time to say goodbye. I am glad for this unexpected meeting.

Ovidio: It's too late, talking and talking, time flew by. But well, I will see you in another
opportunity.
