I am working in customer service and i would like to talk about my

own experience in dealing with customer complaints.


Last month a customer with the common name he called and reflected
the attitude of the staff. our sales .
He visited our showroom to buy a used car and the salesman didn't
answer his questions and kept looking at the smartphone to resolve the
complaint I apologized to him about the inconvenience caused by the
incident and promise that it will never happen again and ask when the
customer can bring the car to your shop to check it again and accept
the request from the customer and reduce the price at the next time.
