How effective was your study of the said subject?

My experience when I was in Junior or Senior high school I feel active in our activities and I learned the
Physical Fitness Test. We understand the skills become more active and having a healthy body by doing
on our physical activities. On body composition, I learned how to calculate our BMI or Body Mass Index
the weight in kilograms over height in meters squared and I was satisfied with the results. We test the
strength of our leg and muscles by doing the standing long jump. After that, we do our stick drop test by
using our ruler on doing reaction time. I feel my muscles are well when we do the flexibility like the sit
and reach and we do strength tests like push-ups and basic plank. I experience the 40 meters run on our
running area is our court for our speed test which is my favorite. In our programs in school, we are
participating dances or exercises about wellness and we have a lot of practice and we are enjoyed of it.
When doing physical fitness or physical activities it is effective on this subject that helps me to improve
my body strength to avoid having disease, useful for regular exercise, having benefits, it can also help
my mental of fewer anxieties and depression and helps for me to stay active or to become more
attentive.
