2. Which of the 10 do you think, would be of great help to you on pursuing an IT career in
the future? Explain further your choice.

Flexibility. Because in the IT industry, change is consistent, like you need to be a computer
technician, software developer, data analyst, etc. and also in programming, there are different types
 of languages to use to create a program, and that’s why you need to be flexible in order to get jobs
or contracts so you can make money and save money to buy your dream house.

3. Do you see yourself in the IT Industry after knowing all the 10 soft skills that you need to
have to be an IT Professional? Why?

Yes I see myself working in IT industry even though I lack some of the skills, I will do my best
to obtain or enhance the skills I lack so I can work very well at my job and make my work
more pleasant, and so that my employers can see me positively.
