Sub: Corrigendum to the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2021-2022.

The Corrigendum is being issued with reference to the Annual Report of Bank of Baroda for the Financials Year 2021-2022
submitted to the Stock Exchanges on 3rd June, 2022.

With reference to the captioned subject, we have noticed that a modification is required in the figures/values for CRAR &
other ratio disclosures as of 31st March, 2022 as published in the Annual Report to make them consistent with the
figures/values of 31st March, 2022 reported in the unaudited (reviewed) financial results for the quarter ended
30th June, 2022 submitted by the Bank on 30th July, 2022.

It may be noted that the modification proposed is not material.
