Activities for good mental health

There are different activities for mental health. Sleep


regularly for 7 to 8 hours comfortably in your room.
You can go for a walk and enjoy the free air and be
physically active, it is important that you protect their
bones anmuscles as they support your body and help
you move better, meet new friends and spend time
with your family. Finally turn off your phone and rest
easy.
