What is involved in the decision to become a parent or not to become a parent?

There are many decisions when deciding to become a parent or not. One of the major decisions would be
time management and financial stability. Are you able to financially support a baby? As a parent you have
to be able to afford the necessities needed in raising a child. Being responsible for a child's needs. Also
determining if it is healthy and safe to bring in a child/newborn.
