Our photography business, Delantes Studio, is what I currently handle or manage. Since this is a
business, there are numerous items of data and client records that must be managed properly.
The "Group by category and date" options from the list of "11 Best Practices for Organizing Your
Business Files & Folders" is the one that applies to our business the most. We have a lot of clients
to take care of, especially since we manage events with various dates and occasions.
An example of this is when we have reservations for the following week. There are numerous
occasions, such as anniversaries, weddings, debuts or birthdays, and etc. When all the events are
over, we transfer all the data or files from our cameras to our hard drive and store the images
and videos for compilation. Now is the time to put the best practices into action by organizing
the files by category and date. With this, especially when editing, we can quickly recognize our
directories and subfolders.

Insights:
Honestly, all the "11 Best Practices for Organizing Your Business Files & Folders" are the ideal
methods for running a well-run, organized business. You can work more efficiently. You'll spend
less time seeking for stuff and more time working on vital projects if you maintain organization.
Organization can increase team productivity by facilitating better communication between you
and your team.
