AFFIDAVIT OF ONE AND THE SAME PERSON

I, MARK ANTHONY ROVERO VILORIA, of legal age, Filipino, married and a

resident of Alcala Cagayan, after having sworn in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state that:

1. I am a member of Pag-ibig Fund having a Pag-ibig Account No. 1211-

4310-8331;

2. Me and my wife acquired ownership of our house through Pag-ibig

Fund Housing Loan;

3. Lately, we decided to sell our house and a prospective buyer has

showed up their willingness to buy the same through Pag-ibig;

4. As legally married, my consent is very much needed to the said

transaction;

5. During the processing of the said sale, Pag-ibig fund notice that I have
inconsistent signature on what has been register to my Pag-ibig
Account on what I have been using now;

6. As such, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing that I am the one and the same person signing in my name
and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
