    KEBUTUHAN MATRIAL PROJECT GUDANG PAGARIN.

    A. PONDASI TAPAK
    1. Kebutuhan Matrial Dalam 1 Pondasi footplat ukuran plate 175 cm x 175 cm x 50 cm
    dengan tulangan 50 x 50 cm x 1900 cm:

    a. Besi Behel Ø 13 mm : 7 batang x Rp.100.000 = Rp. 700.000


    b. Besi Behel Ø 16 mm : 3 batang x Rp.150.000 = Rp. 450.000
    c. Besi Behel untuk ring Ø 08 mm : 1,6 batang x Rp.60.000 = Rp. 96.000
    d. Kawat Ikat 1 Kg x Rp…. = Rp. 25.000
    e. Biaya Alat Berat dalam 1 pondasi = Rp. 1.250.250
    f. Biaya Sewa Beckisting 3,42 x Rp. 37.500 = Rp. 128.250
    g. Upah Rangkai Besi = Rp. 300.000
    h. Biaya Paku, Benang Dll = Rp. 100.000
    i. Ready Mix k-300 : 2.01 M³ x 900.000 = Rp. 1.890.000

    TOTAL PEKERJAAN FOOT PLATE PONDASI TAPAK : Rp. 4.939.000
