If SECOND PARTY staff are requ‘ed to work away from home for extended periods, SECOND PARTY will have flexibility In dividing their time between the sites and their home base, Unless the Statement of Work states otherwise, hours worked in excess of the standard hours per day or outside ‘weekdays (or time and materials based contracts) will have to be justined in wing, Expenses. Penalty for delay Wf SECOND PARTY falls to comply with the agreed-upon project time of completion as stated in the Statement of Work, then FIRST PARTY may, without prejudice to any other method of recovery, deduct the amount of such penalty applicable as per the schedule stated below: 1). Term and termination 51 Duration of Contract ‘This Contract wil apply from the date specified by GS for 15 months, unless itis. terminated eater in accordance wth the terms set cut below. 152. FIRST PARTY may terminate this Contract by giving SECOND PARTY at least 30, days prior writen notes. 53. Suspension ofthe Contract FIRST PARTY may suspend the Contract while circumstances exist which, in FIRST PARTY's reasonable opinion, materially adversely affect the basis on which the Contract was entered into or SECOND PARTY's perormance of the Contract. The following {unig modules to be conducted in order to begin working inthe AutoCAD Map Trapping and GIS environment and start creating applications using AutoCAD INET APL ‘Map 3D 2006 Essentials Training: ~ Lean the fundamentals of AutoDesk Map 3D and through hands-on exercises; Jean how to create, ed, manage and analyze mapping data.
