Hello! Let me introduce myself to you. I’m George, Gio for short. I live in Telavi.

I’m a student of the 10th grade. We are a family of four: my mother, my father, my
sister my elder brother and me. We live in a block of flats on the second floor.
There are three rooms in our flat and we have all modern conveniences.

I have grandparents, my mother’s parents. They don’t live with us, but I often
visit them. They live on a small farm, with a very routine life but they like it. I
can’t put my finger on their flat exactly, but there is some atmosphere in their
house like nothing has changed for many years. They’re quite old. My grandpa’s name
is Nodari and my grandma’s name is Tamara. They have got a lot of farm animals like
cows, pigs and hens.

My parents are teachers and they work at a local school. They are very giving,
caring people and always consider those students and co-workers around them. They
work flat out and really put all their energy in their work. They are very much in
love, even after years of being married and always caring for each other. My
parents have warm friendly eyes and always express a spirit of goodwill towards
people. I’m similar in personality to my mother. Her name is Ia. She is always very
friendly to all although she can be quite critical of people. I like to be friendly
to the people around me, and I don’t normally like to affect the people in my
surroundings by letting my bad moods and anger inside me come out. She has got the
most beautiful garden. My dad’s name is Gocha. He likes fishing.

I love my parents very much and like my parents, I want to teach and be an English
teacher, because generally I like the process of teaching. I want to help people if
they face some problems while learning English. I have originally become interested
in teaching since my 8th grade, when I realized that my skills and my traits would
serve me well in my future career.

I have got one brother and a sister. I share a room with my elder brother. My
brother is 18 years old and he plays pc games all day. His name is Misho. We don’t
have any secrets from each other. We get on very well with my brother. Sometimes I
even borrow his clothes and he never gets annoyed. We don’t feel competitive
because we have different interests. My sister is younger than me. She likes to
play with her dolls, blocks and puzzles. Her name is Lizi. She is 8 years old.

My uncle and aunt live in Kutaisi. My aunt’s name is Lela. She is a doctor. She
works in a local hospital. My uncle’s name is Vazha. He is a cook. They have got a
daughter. She is my cousin. Her name is Zhuzhu. She likes chatting with e-pals
around the world.
