ideal for the support of customers immediately at their arrival. Besides that, JetSupport is
capable of servicing a broad range of component, equipment and systems because of their
EASA 145 and FAA certified avionics component overhaul and repair station.

The company’s key values are reflected in their mission statement: ‘’We provide technical
services and support solutions for business aviation and special purpose aircraft with focus
on flexibility, transparency and personal touch’’. Providing technical support for business
and special needs aircraft operators by means of a transparent and personal customer focus
is JetSupport’s way of committing itself to their aim of being a reliable provider of aviation
technical services.

To maintain as competitive as possible, JetSupport has looked into the possibilities of

implementing LEAN into its company strategy to optimize their processes. LEAN is a
methodology designed to maximize client value and to reduce, unnecessary, waste as much
as possible. With this approach, projects can be executed in a faster way while getting better
results, for example a faster TAT. JetSupport has now appointed a project group of the
Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences to look into the possibilities of implementing
LEAN into the company processes. This project group consists out of six students. The group
will report to JetSupport Duty Manager Wim Roos, who is guiding the group within the
company.
