EXO's Chanyeol donation 16 million won, support for surgery expenses for deaf children, With his
sponsorship, two deaf children can hear sounds through cochlear implant surgery.

EXO's Chanyeol made a donation to aid in the cost of cochlear implant surgery for deaf children.

2. Elaboration

Chanyeol's sharing has been going on steadily since the beginning of this year. Chanyeol applied for
regular support to Snail of Love in January of this year, saying that he would like to support artificial
cochlear surgery for deaf children.

In the midst of practicing sharing every month with regular donations, an additional donation amounting
to 16 million won was delivered three times in February, July, and this time.

With his sponsorship, two deaf children can hear sounds through cochlear implant surgery.

On October 29, Snail of Love, a non-profit organization that supports deaf children, revealed that EXO's
Chanyeol made a donation to aid in the cost of cochlear implant surgery for deaf children.

An official from the Snail of Love said, “The second most common disability is hearing impairment. Every
year, 1 to 2 out of 1,000 newborns are born with hearing loss, and even these children can hear and
speak after undergoing cochlear implant surgery. Such interest and sharing is a great strength for
families suffering from hearing impairment in economically difficult circumstances. I would like to thank
Chanyeol Park for his warm sharing for deaf children even while he is serving in the military.”
