Surcharge for material price increase:
The temporary price increase for raw materials has a great influence on our used materials. Especially for steel and
magnetic sheet steel theincrease is drastically. Therefore we reserve the right to ask for a surplus for raw materials
(MTZ). For calculation of raw material surcharge, the day is valid, when the order is received and the recall for recall
orders is made.
Documentation:
The standard documentation (german/english) includes the following documents in electronic format (PDF). Spare
parts are excluded.
- data sheet with outline drawing (simplified outline)

- installation, operating and maintenance instructions
- safety instructions
- declaration of conformity
Further documentation, tests or certificates are available on request for additional charge.
Terms of sales:
The general terms of sales are valid.
Prices:
Prices are valid in EUR ex works, standard packing included. Shipping costs are not included. It can be provided
against extra charge. This is charged at the percentage applicable on the day of delivery. We reserve the right to
make changes to prices and technical data within this price list.

Extra charges for cancellation:
Upon cancellation, our charge and expenses are charged separately.
Scope of supply:
Our quotation covers the supply of the quoted equipment only. Extra services like inspection, certain tests,
authorisation and/or legalisation of documents, banking fees and handling charges for documentary business, etc.,
will be charged extra unless otherwise stated in our quotation.
Minimum order value:
The net minimum order for motors from manufacturing amounts to EUR 300.00. If the net value of an order for
spares or fitting parts is below a limit price of EUR 90.00, a handling fee will be applicable. The handling fee is the
difference between the order value and the limit value.
Export regulations:
1. The products supplied by VEM motors GmbH can be subject to export regulations.
2. Where an export licence is required, the export of the goods must be approved by the competent authority.
3. The fulfilment of an order presupposed that there are no restrictions for the export conditioned by national and /
or international legal rules, in particular by export control regulations. Furthermore, it has to be considered ฀ the
fulfilment of a contract by VEM motors GmbH provide that the export licence has been given by the competent
authority for those parts that are registered by national export regulations.
