THE NUEGANO

Ingredients:
1. Soft Cassava.
2. Corn o Maseca.
3. Clove.
4. Bundle of candy.
5. Cinnamon stick.
6. Dry Cheese.

HOW TO MAKE.
Let’s star.
Let’s star by making honey.
Let’s put a pot three cups of water the bundle of sweet quantity that you like or the
necessary quantity the cloves and the cinnamon stick we’re going to leave it simmering.
Now let’s do the second part
The Mixing.
We peel the cassava, we are going to remove the rein that it brings, after that we are
going to chop it into small pieces let’s add the yuca to the blender, along with the grated
cheese, we add a cup of water, the mixture has to be watery, we are going to add a little
bit of salt, now we add the cup of Maseca, we start mixing very well.
Water is added only, if necessary, in my case I did not add more, and the dough was
perfect.
When the dough is ready. We are going to start making little donuts balls just a little bit
small and not so thick.
And now we are going to fry over medium heat, we have to be very careful that they are
golden brown, be careful not to let them burn.
Finally.
We only add to the previously boiled honey, let it be a little longer and ready to eat.
