With reference to DepEd Memorandum DM-OUCI-2021-055 dated Mareh 3, 2021 from the Office of the Undersecretary for Curriculum and Instruction, the Division of Cagayan de Oro reiterates to implement the Guidelines on the Counseling and Referral System of Learners for 8.¥. 2020-2021. . As stipulated in the guidelines, school heads are directed to ensure that schools have a Guidance Counselor or at least have an assigned Guidance Advocate. Hence, school heads shall designate a Guidance Advocate in the absence of a Guidance Counselor for S.Y, 2020-2021. .
